Found out I will be spending next semester in Europe with Point Loma’s art program. We roam about London, Italy, and Austria for about 6 weeks then spend the last two months living in Paris. I am experiencing butterflies of excitement.

My first year of college I declared business as my major hoping to find a descent paying job after graduating. I hid behind the whole “we live in a sucky world with a shit economy” reason and slowly realized that my choice was not well made. After lots of big thoughts on what I want of life and who I want to become I had nothing. The only truth I found was that I am dreadful at accounting and there’s no way I could pull this off for four years without being committed (padded walls committed, not dedication committed). Since then I have gone back to art which interested me first in a high school photo class. I changed my major to visual arts with a photo concentration in April of my freshman year. Now being a first year art student, I couldn’t be happier. Loving photo but starting to develop an interest in interior architecture. Here’s what has not so much sparked me, but set me on fire.
